Rochedale South State School is expanding their general learning areas (GLA) and administration facility, to cope with an increasing number of enrollments. Wiley will undertake construction of the new GLA and administration buildings with a short construction program of only twelve weeks to completion.
The project, designed by architects, Cobie Group, will include; two office areas, a kitchenette, a data room, two GLA and an undercover learning area.
Tom Wilson, Senior Education Project Manager said “Wiley are looking forward to working alongside Ridgemill on this project with the support of local subcontractors. This project will enable Rochedale State School to welcome more students as well as the community. It is a great investment in the future of the school and a continued contribution to a growing community.”
The project will be completed in the middle of term one and it is Wiley’s intention to deliver this new building at the earliest opportunity in the new year to limit any impact to the school’s daily operations.
