At the Australian Institute of Building National awards held in Melbourne on Saturday night, Wiley were honoured to take home the prize for research, development and technology for our work on the JBS Automated Marshalling Conveyor System and Boning Room Trim Management System project. The $77 million dollar upgrade allows JBS to implement a second shift.
Wiley Managing Director, Suzie Wiley said, “We are privileged to have a long-standing relationship with JBS. At Wiley, we are proud to have successfully pioneered and delivered a system that provides significant enhancements to the JBS operations and provides employment and economic opportunities for the local community”.
We are humbled to have won this award, given the very high standard of entries. Being recognised in this category is a testament to the innovation and dedication of our team, who invented and developed the technologies used in the chiller conveying systems. Congratulations to the entire project team for this acknowledgment of the highest level of expertise, and a heartfelt thank you to our key project partners who were vital to the projects’ success.
